Return Policy:

The deadlines for generating changes and returns begin to run from the date of delivery of the product.  The deadline for returns is 30 days after the customer receives the goods.  When an order is received by the customer and the customer wishes to return it, it must meet certain requirements, except for accessories, understand as garments, scarves, straps and wallets, they have no return.

Within each merchandise packaging shipped by the there will be a form which you must forward completed with the goods. The goods must be in perfect condition next to all their labels. If these requirements are not met, the goods will not be accepted and there will be no refund or exchange.

Changes or returns of an order placed via can be made by mail. For returns by mail; we do not provide the pre-paid label, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive the goods. The adjustment to your account will be reflected 24 to 48 hours after we have received the merchandise. For in-store returns, the adjustment to your account will be automatically reflected.
